Is coaching right for me?

If you have the desire to take any aspect of your personal or professional life to the next level, then you are the perfect candidate for coaching.

What is coaching?

Coaching focuses on you as a whole person.  Through exploring your values, life purpose, perspectives, and personal goals, you are able to gain valuable insight into exploring the changes you want to make in your life, and into finding fulfillment in your life.  The coach really acts as a tool, who through asking powerful questions, deepening your learning, and guiding you in forwarding the action, will help you to arrive at your own resolutions.

What isn't coaching?

Coaching is not therapy.  You will not be sitting and talking about problems from your past.  It is not a setting to just vent to a listening ear.  You will not be receiving advice from your coach or be told what to do.

Where do the coaching sessions take place?

The coaching sessions take place in person, by telephone or Skype.

How long is the coaching relationship?

I’ve seen clients achieve the most long-lasting results when they maintain the coaching relationship for at least 4 to 6 months. We can determine the best length of the coaching relationship, based on your own personal goals.

What can I expect?

Expect the unexpected.  You may be standing or moving around the room, you might experience visualizations, you might cry, you might laugh, you will experience transformation in your life.  Each session is about dancing in the moment, and is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and personality.  We will see what works best for you, and your sessions will be spontaneously custom designed for you.
